The reservation is confirmed after payment of a deposit of 50% of the total value (cartr credit, deposit in reais or euro). If cancellation occurs within a week you will be counted one night, beyond 3 days of the arrival date, it will not provide a refund. The accomptes on "pacote" Carnival and eve are not refundable
